The HHAI is a weighted composite of five real NHS England / ONS datasets (A&E 25%, GP 25%, ambulance 20%, elective 15%, life expectancy 15%), normalised 0β100 per component. See the full methodology. The GP column shows the same-day + face-to-face β DNA composite used as the GP input (not a single percentage).
