How the partnership works
- 1Tell us the desks and specialties you recruit for and your destination countries.
- 2We match five consented, residence-tagged, stage-labelled candidates to those roles.
- 3You review the pilot pack. Any profile that is not a fit is replaced within 14 days.
- 4If it works, the founding feed keeps matched, newly-consented profiles coming as the pipeline grows.
How we stay on the right side of the law
- Introductions are candidate-initiated: doctors opt in, for free, to be visible to licensed recruiters and employers, and can withdraw at any time.
- We operate as an employment agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and never charge a work-seeker a fee for finding work.
- We never target WHO red-list-resident doctors (Pakistan, Bangladesh) for UK roles — those profiles are made available for GCC destinations only, by design.
- Every GCC data transfer is governed by an IDTA / UK Addendum and a transfer risk assessment; contracts carry purpose-limitation, no-resale, an audit right and deletion on churn.
